VOLUNTEERS ARE ALWAYS NEEDED - PLEASE CONTACT OUR VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR JOAN FOR DETAILS OF HOW TO HELP ... as offered at the AGM DN is working on a plan to offer free stabling - if you volunteer at the EC shows. 
to host every in-person show we need a minimum of the following positions: 

Scribe - helps write the scores with the judge
​Whip - helps keep the riders on time 
Announcer - keeps everyone informed
Show-office - at least 2 people to help run the show, registration, ribbons, scores. 
Set-up & Tear-down - at least a team of 3-4 people to set up the ring, and put it all away.
